SUPERSPACE BEST BUILDS PHOTO CONTEST — OFFICIAL RULES

Sponsor: Everplay Lab Ltd., 20-22 Wenlock Road, London, England N1 7GU ("Sponsor"). Instagram: @getsuperspace.

Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the United States, United Kingdom, and Australia who are 18 years of age or older (or age of majority in their jurisdiction) at time of entry, and who are existing Superspace customers (defined as having purchased a Superspace product prior to February 18, 2026). Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family/household members of Superspace are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

Entry Period: February 18, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. PT / 8:00 a.m. GMT / 7:00 p.m. AEDT — February 28, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. PT / March 1 at 7:59 a.m. GMT / March 1 at 6:59 p.m. AEDT.

How to Enter: Post one (1) original photo of a Superspace build on Instagram. Each photo of a distinct build submitted during the Entry Period constitutes one (1) separate entry. There is no limit on the number of entries per person, provided each entry features a different build. Your caption must tag @getsuperspace and include #Contest. Your account must remain public from submission through winner confirmation. Do not tag individuals who do not appear in the photo.

Judging: All eligible entries will be judged by the Sponsor on: Creativity/Originality (40%), Engineering/Complexity (30%), Aesthetics/Presentation (20%), Caption/Storytelling (10%). The three (3) highest-scoring entries each win one prize. In the event of a tie for any winning position, the tied entry with the higher Creativity/Originality score wins; if still tied, the higher Engineering/Complexity score wins. One prize per person — if the same entrant holds multiple top-scoring entries, the prize is awarded to that entrant once, and the next highest-scoring eligible entry from a different entrant takes the remaining prize position. Judging takes place on or around March 1–3, 2026. Decisions are final.

Prize: Three (3) winners will each receive one (1) Superspace Big Set (or equivalent product of equal or greater value). Approximate Retail Value (ARV): USD $429 for US winners / £319 for UK winners / AUD $599 for Australian winners. Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash. Shipping to a valid US, UK, or Australian address is included. Ships to US/UK/AU addresses only. There should not be any import duties or customs fees as long as winners address is in AU, US or UK.

Winner Notification: Winners will be contacted via Instagram DM from @getsuperspace and must respond within 72 hours. Failure to respond, or failure to meet eligibility requirements, may result in forfeiture and award to the next highest-scoring eligible entry.

Content & Rights: By entering, you confirm you own the photo and have all necessary rights to submit it, including consent from any identifiable individuals depicted. You grant Sponsor a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, publish, repost, and display your entry for marketing and promotional purposes. Sponsor will seek separate confirmation before using any entry in paid advertising.

Privacy: Information collected from entrants will be used for contest administration and prize fulfilment only, and is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy. By entering, participants consent to cross-border processing of their personal data for these purposes.

Taxes: Winner is responsible for all taxes associated with prize receipt/use where applicable. (In the US, Sponsor may request tax forms if required by law; in the UK/AU, personal tax treatment may vary.) For the US, IRS reporting obligations commonly become relevant at certain thresholds.

Publicity: Except where prohibited by law, entry constitutes permission for Sponsor to use winner's name, Instagram handle, entry content, and general location for promotional purposes. UK winners retain the right to object to publication of identifying details.

Limitation of Liability: By participating, entrants release Sponsor and its affiliates from any liability arising from participation in this contest or from acceptance or use of any prize, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Instagram Disclaimer: This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. By entering, each participant releases Instagram from any responsibility in connection with this promotion.

General Conditions: Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these Rules, or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if fraud, technical failures, platform changes, or other factors beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impair integrity—provided any changes are communicated clearly and fairly (important under UK ad/consumer expectations). Sponsor will award the Prize as described (or a reasonable equivalent) and will not run a promotion without awarding the prize.
