Your legal rights
When you buy goods from a business, in law you have a number of rights as a consumer. These include the right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or misdescribed.
Our policy
We want you (and your little ones!) to be 100% happy with your purchase, and if not, you can simply request a return within 30 days from delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to cover the cost of returning the Superspace Set or accessories to us.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@getsuperspace.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping address label which has instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You must let us know what return courier service you have used and provide the tracking number. We must receive the returned item back to process the return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We offer no refunds on any products specifically stated on this Website as non-returnable, including, but not limited to, custom products such as special orders or personalized items.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Please note we can only refund to the card that originally made the purchase.
Refunds on pre-orders
If you would like a refund on an item that has been pre-ordered, please notify us at hello@getsuperspace.com within 14 days of purchase. If the item has not yet shipped and the refund is approved, you will receive a refund of the full amount to your original payment method
